Thank you for shopping with Desert Fabworks LLC. We take pride in producing high-quality custom fabricated and laser-cut products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where:
The item arrives damaged during shipping.
The wrong item was shipped.
The item contains a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be approved.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized products
Special-order items
Products that have been installed, modified, painted, or otherwise altered
Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number.
Provide clear photos of:
The damaged product
The shipping box
All packaging materials
Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
We will review your claim and, if approved, may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We do not exchange custom products due to customer preference, incorrect ordering, or changes of mind.
Standard (non-custom) orders may be canceled before shipment.
Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been cut, engraved, fabricated, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
If a cancellation is approved after materials have been purchased or work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover labor and material costs.
Customers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, specifications, spelling, artwork, and shipping information before submitting an order.
Desert Fabworks LLC is not responsible for errors provided by the customer after production has begun.
Many of our products require installation. Customers assume all responsibility for proper installation and use.
Desert Fabworks LLC is not liable for damage to vehicles, equipment, property, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the intended application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desert Fabworks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
